Contractors represent the largest and most crucial expense on a budget summary, but they are often difficult to work with and lack trustworthiness. Contractor of Record
If you are looking to self-perform or contract work out but do not meet state / lender requirements, we offer project & management services for residential and commercial projects by being the contractor of record for your build out. Typically our rate to do so is 10% of the project value.
